Lazuli Services is a Housing Stabilization Services Provider in Twin Cities, Minnesota, that serves people over the age of 18. Our services are holistic in nature since we strive to meet all of our clients' needs in order to help them live a more good and productive life. Lazuli Services was founded to assist people who are homeless, at risk of becoming homeless, at risk of institutionalization, or who are currently residing in an institution or a group environment, such as ICF-DDs, nursing facilities, Adult Foster Care, or Board and Lodge.

Housing Stabilization Services is a new Minnesota Medical Assistance benefit that aims to assist people with disabilities, such as mental illness and substance abuse disorders, as well as elders, in locating and maintaining housing.

People with disabilities frequently require assistance in order to live independently in the community. However, that assistance is frequently unavailable.
